Shipping & Returns

We ship every weekday, typically within 24-48 hours, although it may take longer depending on our workload. Discreet shipping is our default option and is not an additional service; please do not request it. We offer tracked shipping to the U.S.UK.EUROPE.AUSTRALIA.ASIA. Delivery times mentioned below are only estimates, as we have no control over them. PostNL manages all outgoing mail, and the local postal service handles deliveries at the destination.

Replacements and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot restock items once sold and cannot accept returns on research chemicals. If your order arrives damaged, we will provide an exchange and reship the item. Shipping is at the buyer’s cost and risk. We can only guarantee delivery if you opt for insured shipping. If any products are out of stock when you place your order, they can be sent in a separate shipment, and you will be informed about partial shipping. Replacements for lost shipments are available only with insured shipping. Orders exceeding 2000 Euros are not eligible for reshipment unless insured delivery is chosen. Please note that we are not responsible for customs clearance, and customers are liable for any future taxes in their respective countries. Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for the legality of the purchased products in your country.
